Wholesale telephony
Simwood telephony services offer a foundation for Communication Providers, enabling you to focus on adding value for your customers. Our customers include ISP/ITSPs, calling card operators and other Carriers. We only offer services to wholesale customers and for regulatory compliance require all customers to certify their status as a Communications Provider, but we are very start-up friendly. Numerous customers came to us with little more than an idea and are now offering successful services to consumers and business, entirely based on Simwood wholesale telephony and managed services. We do not however offer reseller panels or any form of white-label services as we firmly believe that our customers should add value and understand the services they are providing.
 | INBOUND VOICE We have own OFCOM allocations of UK DDIs/DIDs (geographic numbers), non-geographic numbers and can port numbers in from other providers. We deliver calls on these to our customers over SIP or trunk calls directly back out to the PSTN. We can also offer international numbering via select international partners. |
 | OUTBOUND VOICE Quality focussed A-Z termination with a choice of three service levels and billing in US Dolars, British Pounds, or euros. |
 | SMS Incoming SMS on selected number ranges and full SMS transmission. All from the company that pioneered SMS in the 90′s with our ‘eSMS’ service. |
 | FAX All of our numbering can be configured to receive faxes on our network fax servers, with received documents relayed by fax-to-email or fax-to-HTTP. We also offer full outbound faxing via our network fax servers. |
