Specific product descriptions are as follows:
Our Silver deck is comparable with a standard wholesale A-Z and is specifically only suitable for customers running their own LCR and able to route advance. Whereas as routes are selected for inclusion in our other decks, it could be we have an A-Z from a particular carrier but only deem some routes good enough for our other decks. The balance will be included in our Silver A-Z. We do not specifically buy for the Silver A-Z so the high level filtering of partner remains however. Further, to ensure aggressive pricing, we base our pricing on the lowest cost route we have for a destination and employ a loss-protection system whereby if that route ceases to be available and we do not have another viable route, we will reject traffic. If that didn’t make sense you should most definitely not use the Silver A-Z deck and we repeat: it is for customers running their LCR who are able to route advance.
Most customers use our Gold A-Z. It is a premium product designed for communication providers concerned about call quality. We hand-pick routes to go into the Gold A-Z and always have at least two (usually more) routes available for each destination. If a destination fails or we withdraw it, calls will automatically flow over to our secondary route. The Gold A-Z is absolutely intended and suitable for use as the only route for customers offering a high quality retail services.
Quite simply our Platinum A-Z contains the best routes we have. It also offers our numerous Direct and Transit routes with CLI in a pure form – trading the redundancy of an indirect backup route for predictable CLI and high quality Direct. Quality conscious customers dealing directly with the end user use the Platinum deck as their main product, whereas others cherry-pick our Directs using the Gold A-Z as a conscious backup.
