We directly interconnect with a number of carriers with Canadian networks. The route fully supports CLI and 1/1 billing and can be accessed exclusively through our Platinum A-Z.

Additionally a number of our carriers have their own Directs into Canada. These fully support CLI and 1/1 billing too but as they are not our own Direct’s we label them Transit routes. These are included as back-up routes in our Platinum A-Z.

Gold and Silver A-Z products have these routes available but also have other routes. CLI is therefore not guaranteed on these two service levels.
